The delivery layer that does not compete with your client's CRM

Whoever runs CRM, retention or technology for iGaming decides the communication: what, to whom, through which channel and when. Pushfy comes in after that decision, to make sure the message arrives and to return the delivery data. That is why you can refer us without giving anything up.

Why we do not compete with you

The division of labor is explicit and does not change: the CRM is the brain, Pushfy is the execution. The client's team chooses the audience, the offer, the channel and the time, inside the tool it already uses. What we do is deliver that decision, with routing, retries, cross-channel fallback and delivery confirmation, and return the data so the next decision is better.

This applies to any brain. We have native integration with Smartico and FastTrack, and a documented public API for proprietary CRMs or any other platform. We do not build a CRM and we do not intend to: it would mean competing with the people who distribute us and breaking the one thing that makes us worth recommending.

For the partner, the practical consequence is simple: referring Pushfy does not put a competitor inside your account, and if the client ever switches CRM, that does not wipe out the deliverability history, the registered senders or the reports.

Partnership models

There are four formats. The right one depends on how visible the partner wants to be in the relationship with the end client and on who takes on support.

  • Referral. For CRM and retention agencies, consultancies and specialists who already run campaigns for operators. You make the introduction, Pushfy leads the technical and commercial conversation, and the referral is recorded with a date and an owner.
  • Co-selling. For CRM, PAM and iGaming technology platforms that need a delivery layer in Brazil. We work the account together, each in its own role, and the client's contract stays directly with Pushfy.
  • Resale and white-label. For those who want to sell communication with their own brand up front, while keeping Pushfy's infrastructure, routes and support underneath.
  • Technical integration. For products in the ecosystem that want to connect via API and appear as an available integration on both sides.

The commercial terms for each model are agreed case by case. We would rather work them out in conversation than publish a table that would not fit everyone.

What the partner gets

  • Ready-made integration with Smartico and FastTrack, and a documented public API for everything else.
  • SMS, RCS, voice, push and the WhatsApp API on the same platform, with the same balance and unified reporting.
  • A deliverability assessment for the referred account, without requiring it to migrate anything to measure.
  • Direct contact with the Brazil-based team that runs the platform, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
  • The referral is recorded with a date and an owner, so there is no doubt about who brought in the account.

How it works in practice

  1. Initial conversation. We learn which accounts you serve, which channels they use today and where delivery hurts.
  2. Registration. The referred account is registered before any outreach, with a date and an owner.
  3. Assessment. We run the deliverability assessment on the account's current traffic, with no migration.
  4. Parallel pilot. A slice of the traffic goes through Pushfy alongside the current provider, and delivery is compared side by side.
  5. Agreement. With numbers on the table, the model and the terms are defined.

Who it is a fit for

It makes sense for those already inside the client's operation: the agency that runs the CRM, retention consultancies, iGaming platforms, integrators and martech products in the sector. The common denominator is serving operators licensed in Brazil and feeling it firsthand when the message does not arrive.

It makes less sense for those who only want to resell volume at the lowest price. We do not compete on list price: the conversation here is about how much each message that reaches the device costs, the waste on numbers that never receive anything and what the operation loses when delivery drops in the middle of a campaign.
