About Pushfy

Basic questions about the platform: what it is, how it works, what benefits it delivers and what types of messages you can send.

What is Pushfy and how does it work?

Pushfy is the communication infrastructure of Brazilian iGaming and lets you send messages at scale via SMS, RCS, Voice, Push and the WhatsApp API. You use a dashboard to create, personalize, segment and send campaigns, or integrate via API so your own system sends the messages.

All channels share the same balance, the same contact base and a unified report. See all solutions.

What are the benefits of using Pushfy?

Immediate reach to your audience, capacity for large volumes, message personalization for higher engagement, a high deliverability rate with redundant routes, API integration with the systems you already use, real-time data analysis and specialized support.

On top of that, event-based automation with Flow Builder and PushAgent's conversational AI respond to and reactivate customers without manual intervention.

What types of messages can I send with Pushfy?

Promotional, transactional and OTP SMS; RCS in the Basic, Single and Conversation formats; voice broadcasts; push notifications for web and app; and the WhatsApp API.

You can combine channels in the same flow with automatic fallback. For example, RCS first and SMS when the device does not support it.

Which industries does Pushfy serve?

The platform specializes in iGaming and betting operators, a market that hardened it by demanding extreme speed and volume.

The same capabilities serve e-commerce, financial services, education, healthcare, logistics and any company that relies on OTP, transactional notifications or segmented campaigns. See the industries we serve.

Account and setup

How to create your account, set your preferences, personalize messages and organize the operation when you manage more than one brand.

How do I sign up for the Pushfy platform?

Go to the portal and follow the registration process: you provide some basic information, create the account and confirm your email. After that, you can start setting up your first campaign. Creating an account is free.

How do I set up my Pushfy account?

After registering, you are guided through a step-by-step process in which you customize your communication preferences, integrate the account with other platforms and set up your first campaign.

We recommend enabling two-step verification and defining role-based permissions before inviting the rest of the team.

What message personalization options are there?

You can personalize with the recipient's name, customer-specific information, exclusive offers and other attributes, using variables in the text, for example #nome#.

Each contact carries its own attributes, so the same campaign speaks differently to each person in the base. Use moderation: a text packed with variables sounds artificial.

Can I manage more than one brand in the same account?

Yes. Pushfy offers multi-account operation, with permissions and reports separated by brand and a consolidated view of all of them on a single screen.

Channels and messages

Character limits, how each channel behaves and what happens when one of them is unavailable.

How many characters fit in an SMS?

A standard SMS holds 160 characters in the GSM-7 alphabet. Characters outside that alphabet, such as most emojis, switch the encoding to UCS-2 and reduce the limit to 70 characters.

Longer texts are split into concatenated parts, and the platform shows this segmentation transparently before sending. Understand the impact on cost.

What happens if the device does not support RCS?

Automatic fallback converts the message to SMS, so every contact still receives it. Billing is separated by format, so you can see exactly what was delivered as RCS and what fell back to SMS.

How does the voice channel work?

You record audio with your brand's identity and send it in bulk through the same API as the other channels. There is answer detection: you are charged only when the call is actually answered.

You can also orchestrate conditionally: try voice first and fall back to SMS when there is no answer.

Can I send to my entire base at once?

Yes. A single API call accepts up to 100,000 recipients. You can also import a CSV through the dashboard or let Flow Builder send automatically based on events in your operation.

Deliverability

What the platform does to get the message delivered, and how you track it.

How does Pushfy ensure a high delivery rate?

With redundant routes and automatic fallback between channels, distributed queues with dedicated workers per channel, prioritization of critical traffic and a dedicated OTP route, separate from promotional traffic.

Delivery reports (DLR) arrive in real time, so any degradation can be spotted quickly. See also the deliverability best practices.

What is DLR and why does it matter?

DLR (Delivery Receipt) is the delivery confirmation returned by the carrier. It is the basis of every reliable deliverability metric and works as an alarm system: an out-of-pattern variation signals a dirty base or route degradation and deserves immediate investigation.

Pushfy returns the DLR to your system via webhook, in addition to displaying it in the dashboard.

What happens to invalid numbers in my base?

Numbers identified as bad are automatically suppressed by the STRIKE mechanism, so you do not pay for dead numbers. The report shows how much was saved through that suppression.

Why does my OTP need a separate route?

Because a promotional campaign peak can queue up verification codes and drag down the completion rate of sign-ups and logins.

Keeping OTP on a dedicated, prioritized route ensures the code arrives in seconds, regardless of what is happening in campaign traffic.

Pricing and billing

How usage is calculated and what makes the real cost of a campaign go up or down.

How does billing work at Pushfy?

Billing is per message sent, with a unit price that varies by volume, traffic type and route. RCS is billed separately by format, and voice is only billed when the call is answered.

Usage, balance and cost per channel are visible on a single dashboard screen.

Do long messages cost more?

Yes. Beyond 160 characters in the GSM-7 alphabet, the message is split into concatenated parts and each part is usually billed individually.

Watch out for emojis: a single character outside GSM-7 switches the encoding to UCS-2, reduces the limit to 70 characters and can double the cost of the same text.

Is there a minimum charge or monthly fee?

Creating an account is free and the model is usage-based. To find out the rates for your volume and traffic type, create a free account or talk to a specialist.

API and integrations

For technical teams, and for those who would rather not write a line of code.

How do I integrate Pushfy with my system?

Through the HTTP API, authenticated by token. The same endpoint sends SMS, voice and RCS. There is an OpenAPI specification, a Postman collection and self-service tokens, plus delivery (DLR) and reply (MO) webhooks.

In practice, you can send your first message the same day. See the documentation →

Does Pushfy integrate with market CRMs?

Yes. There are ready-made integrations with Smartico and FastTrack, plus the open API and webhooks, which let you connect virtually any CRM, marketing automation system or in-house platform.

What are DLR and MO webhooks?

DLR is the delivery status webhook, which tells your system what happened to each message.

MO (Mobile Originated) is the reply webhook, triggered when the contact replies to the message. It is useful for processing opt-out requests and for conversational flows.

Do I need a developer to use the platform?

No. You can operate entirely through the dashboard, importing contacts by CSV, building campaigns and designing automated flows without writing code.

The API is there for those who want to send from their own system or automate by event.

Security and LGPD

How the platform protects your base's data and what the law requires of you.

Do I need permission to send marketing messages?

Yes. Under the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018, Brazil's General Data Protection Law), promotional messages require the contact's opt-in and a simple way to opt out in every message.

Transactional messages and OTP codes usually arise from performing the contract with the data subject, but they still require transparency about how the data is used. See the LGPD section in the guide.

How does Pushfy handle opt-out requests?

The platform records unsubscribe requests and keeps those contacts suppressed in subsequent sends, with an audit trail.

Because the contact base is shared across channels, a recorded opt-out applies to the entire operation.

What security features does the platform offer?

Two-step verification, role-based permissions, rate limiting, CSP with a per-request nonce and complete audit trails. In multi-account operations, each brand has isolated permissions and reports.

How do I prevent the same customer from receiving the message twice?

The execution engine is idempotent: each node of a flow runs exactly once per contact, with a dispatch journal, event deduplication and daily billing reconciliation.

This prevents both duplicate sends and improper charges.

Support and troubleshooting

How to reach us and what to do when something does not go as expected.

How do I contact Pushfy support?

By email at sac@pushfy.com. The team is available to help with any question or problem. Customers with an active operation can also talk to the team directly through the dashboard.

What should I do if I run into a technical problem?

First check the help section and learning resources, which cover the most common questions. If the problem persists, contact support with the ID of the affected campaign or message. That speeds up the diagnosis considerably.

How do I cancel my subscription or close my account?

Contact the support team by email at sac@pushfy.com. The team handles the process and makes sure everything is resolved according to your needs, including the handling of your base's data.

Where can I find materials to learn how to use the platform?

In the platform's help section, which includes tutorials, user guides and FAQs, and in the technical API documentation.

The Pushfy blog also features content on SMS strategy, engagement and retention.
